Hertfordshire County Council is seeking a SEND EHC Team Lead for a 12-month maternity cover in the School Age Statutory SEND Service. You will lead a small team of EHC Coordinators and Review Officers, ensuring timely, high-quality EHC plan reviews and statutory processes.

The role combines leadership, operational oversight and partnership work with schools, families, and partner agencies to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
