JBS Australia seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement Facilitator at the Dinmore Plant near Ipswich, Queensland. The role reports to the Plant Manager and leads CI initiatives across production, quality, safety and maintenance to enhance safety, quality, yield and cost efficiency.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma methods, coach frontline teams, analyse data and drive sustainable improvements with robust stakeholder engagement.
