Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking Locum ED SRMOs PGY3+ to support busy metropolitan Emergency Departments.

This role is ideal for doctors wanting strong hourly rates, high-acuity ED exposure and flexible shift options across accessible Sydney metro hospitals.

You will manage a wide range of acute presentations while working closely with FACEMs, registrars and skilled nursing teams.

Clinical Setting

- Well-equipped metro EDs with electronic medical records
- Trauma, paediatrics, mental health and complex medicine presentations
- Consultant supervision and structured escalation pathways
- Procedural exposure including cannulation, suturing, plastering and airway support
- Strong experience for doctors pursuing ACEM training

Requirements

- AHPRA General Registration
- PGY3+ with at least 6–12 months Emergency Medicine experience




- NSW Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Willingness to complete onboarding and credentialing
