Reece Group is seeking a Customer Service Manager for telecommunications in Mulgrave. You will lead day-to-day customer service and service delivery operations, coaching six staff, managing escalations, and driving process improvements while adopting recent systems and automation.

The role focuses on transitioning from NetSuite to Autotask, implementing KPIs and dashboards, and driving success across healthcare, warehousing and engineering client segments. Onsite with some WFH flexibility.
