Talent Quarter is partnering with the City of Moreton Bay to recruit an experienced Social Worker or Allied Health qualified for its Medicare Mental Health Centre in Redcliffe.

You will deliver comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, recovery planning, psychosocial support, service navigation and therapeutic groups in a trauma-informed, person-led framework within a multidisciplinary team across Redcliffe and the Southern Moreton Bay region.
