Join our vibrant café in Sydney as a Barista We are looking for passionate individuals who love coffee and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café and work areas
- Oversee coffee machine settings and perform regular maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in front of house roles
- Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
