Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to service our nationwide printing and imaging solutions. You will diagnose faults, perform on-site repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction through explicit communication and timely issue resolution.

Based in Sydney, you will collaborate with a national service team, manage spare parts, and contribute to service KPIs while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and adherence to service procedures.
