Cockburn Cement is seeking a Process Operator Maintainer to join our Kemerton Operations team in Wellesley, WA. The role focuses on the secure, efficient operation of the Hydration and Milk of Lime plants, with a 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts and 4 consecutive days off roster, and lone worker shifts outside core business hours.

You will monitor plant performance, perform sampling and quality assurance, conduct routine maintenance, and support continuous improvement while helping maintain production
