Brotherhood of St Laurence is seeking a dedicated First Nations Engagement Lead (Designated) to support our Disability Operations Team. The role focuses on cultural capability, leadership across staff, and culturally secure practices for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples with disability and their families.

You will lead development of culturally appropriate practices, collaborate across offices, and drive improvements in service delivery aligned with NDIS pathways.
