CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking a permanent, full time Manager, Casework to lead a team of four Case Managers on the Central Coast. The role focuses on delivering trauma-informed care within the Foster Care Program, supervising, coaching, and developing staff while promoting best practice and collaboration.

The position requires tertiary qualifications in Community Services or related field, 4+ years of casework experience, and a willingness to work occasional weekends and on-call
