UNSW is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and deliver business analysis for HR technology projects within the HR subdomain of IT Corporate Services. You will partner with business and IT teams to capture requirements, document processes, and shape effective solutions.
The role reports to the Lead BA – HR and has no direct reports. You will build robust stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops, and mentor a team of analysts to ensure sound delivery and alignment with UNSW
