Repco is seeking an experienced and driven State Trade Sales Manager to lead our Customer Development Team across Regional Victoria (West & Gippsland) and Tasmania. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering sustainable sales growth, margin performance, and a high‑performing team culture.
You will spend most of your time in the field with your team and customers, coaching and partnering with stores to deliver outcomes while maintaining WHS compliance and customer-centricity.
