True Ability in Melbourne is hiring experienced Support Workers for high-intensity and complex care. You will support a participant with complex needs, follow care plans, and monitor wellbeing while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires Certificate III/IV in Individual Support and experience with severe dysphagia, choking first aid, suctioning, and NJ feeding tube medications. Versatile shifts include night, morning and day slots.
