CVGT Employment is seeking an Employment Consultant (Karen Community Specialist) in Victoria for a fixed-term, part time role (3 days a week) serving Karen-speaking participants. You will build trust, offer practical support, and connect clients with services to overcome barriers toward sustainable employment.

Advanced Karen and English are essential. Travel within the local service region may be required, and a National Police Check/ Working with Children Check is anticipated.
