We are looking for an analytical and practical Organisation and Methods Analyst to review how our business operates and help us improve our structures, systems, and work processes. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Full time Organisation and Methods Analyst to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct studies of the organisation's structure, workflow, systems, methods and procedures across laundry operations, administration and customer service.
- Analyse and document existing processes, and identify inefficiencies, duplication, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyse data on productivity, staffing, work volumes, turnaround times and operating costs.
- Develop and recommend improved work methods, procedures, systems, and organisational structures.
- Prepare reports, process maps,



procedure manuals and recommendations for management.
- Assist management to implement agreed changes, including updating documentation, and training and supporting staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend further adjustments where required.
- Consult with management, supervisors, and staff to understand work requirements and gather feedback.
- Assist with evaluating and implementing business software, record-keeping systems and reporting tools.

Requirements

- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, information systems, business analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presenting recommendations.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
