The Department of Health in Victoria seeks a strategic leader to head the Improvement and Delivery Team and provide oversight for the Timely Emergency Care (TEC) Program, aiming to improve access, patient flow and timely emergency care across Victoria.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, translate strategy into coordinated delivery, collaborate with health services and system partners, and drive evidence-informed improvements and system reform. Adaptable working arrangements are available.
