The role supports youths aged 14–22 through outreach, case management, and goal planning, including resume and interview preparation. Remote work is allowed per policy; travel to sites is required.

The position requires at least three years of youth-focused experience and solid communication, with a commitment to equity and inclusive outreach. 37.5 hours/week.
