Experienced Chef to join our team in Cobblebank VIC.
Key Duties:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with menu requirements
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with menu planning, stock control, and kitchen operations
- Supervise and support kitchen staff as required
Skills and Requirements:
- Diploma of Kitchen Management or equivalent qualification plus one year of relevant experience or at least 3 years of experience as a Chef
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
$75,000 - $80,000 per year plus superannuation
