Specific Criteria

- Demonstrate a deep commitment to safeguarding, recognising that child safety is everyone's responsibility and must be prioritised at all times
- Experience of developing high-quality learning environments characterised by consistent expectations,



strong relationships and inclusive practices with Stage 3 students
- Highly effective organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently
- Proficient in data analysis to inform teaching, provide targeted feedback and ensure all students are appropriately supported and challenged
- Initiative, flexibility and a willingness to support school priorities when required, welcoming leadership opportunities
- Solid knowledge of the NSW Curriculum
- A thorough understanding of NCCD requirements and experience implementing, monitoring and reviewing appropriate adjustments for students with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills that promote positive partnerships with students, staff and families
- Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4-year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four-year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.
