H1 Group is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to deliver high-quality direct care to clients living at home or in group homes with various disabilities. You will play a key role in assisting with ADLs, medication, and safe daily activities while building robust relationships with clients and their families.
The role requires experience with bowel and catheter care, BOC, and appropriate checks (NDIS, Police, First Aid/CPR) and a valid VIC Driver’s Licence.
