Datacom is seeking a Knowledge Specialist to manage and maintain the knowledge base within a key functional area. You’ll create, refine and deliver high-quality technical documentation for internal teams and customers, working with Development Specialists and stakeholders across Australia.
You will analyse technical information, edit and standardise content, and contribute to knowledge management framework improvements to enhance information sharing and accessibility.
