Eastern Health, based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, is seeking an Associate Director Recovery at Work to provide skilled direction to the Recovery at Work team and support timely return-to-work programs. The role reports to the Director WHS, Emergency Management & Wellbeing and ensures compliance with the Work Injury, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act.

You will lead key initiatives, coordinate claims management and investigations, and develop Early Intervention and trauma-informed
