Administration Officer | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract with Potential for Ongoing Employment

Monaro Fuel Haulage (MFH), together with related family business Emerald Carrying Company (ECC), provides logistics services across Australia, specialising in bulk liquids, general freight and dangerous goods.

The role

Join the MFH Operations team as a detail-oriented Administration Officer. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term role, based at our Sunshine West office.

This is a diverse and hands-on role that combines administration, accounts support, and operational support within the transport & logistics industry.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with some flexibility for the right candidate.

Keyresponsibilities

- Close out deliveries for all MFH depots, checking consignments andsupporting delivery paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Assist workshops across the depot network with administrative tasksand documentation.
- Assist the Melbourne Depot with payroll requirements, includingcollating and checking timesheets and supporting records.

You will bring





- Experience processingconsignments in the transport or logistics industry.
- Experience using MicrosoftExcel to maintain records, check data and prepare reports.
- Experience using Pronto or asimilar business management system.
- Experience processingpurchase orders.
- Strong communication andorganisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritisetasks, meet deadlines and work well independently and with teams acrossmultiple depots.

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and be willing to complete a drug and alcohol screening.

This is an office-based role, and work-from-homearrangements are not available.
