No prior automotive experience? No problem We're seeking someone who enjoys helping people and naturally builds strong relationships. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a process-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Location flexibility is essential This role may be based at either or across our Ballina or Lismore dealerships, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable working at either location based on business needs.

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

A commitment to working in a structured, process-driven environment





Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Solid administrative skills with keen attention to detail

A quick learner who can absorb information about various car brands and services

What you’ll do:

Serve as the key link between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication

Proactively recommend services and products that add value for customers

Schedule service appointments and manage the process from start to finish

Explain completed work to customers, building their trust and confidence in our service
