MADEC Australia is seeking a senior leader to shape workforce planning, mobilisation and talent pipelines across national labour hire and PALM programs. You will collaborate with operational leaders, employers, and government partners to ensure workforce supply aligns with demand while delivering outcomes for workers and host employers.
Travel across Australia and the Pacific Islands will be extensive. This role combines workforce planning, stakeholder engagement and operational leadership to
