Telstra is hiring a Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant at Mount Gravatt. You will assist customers with product selection, service activation, and basic troubleshooting, delivering friendly, knowledgeable support to create positive in-store experiences.

In this role you’ll use consultative selling to meet customer needs, stay up-to-date with Telstra products, and work with the team to hit store targets while providing excellent service daily.
