SA Health is seeking an ASO4 Community Services Coordinator to lead the delivery of Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support programs across Port Lincoln and the Lower Eyre Peninsula in Eyre and Western. You will coordinate day-to-day service delivery, supervise staff, and collaborate with partners to ensure culturally appropriate, person-centred services while meeting contractual obligations.

The role offers a full time temporary appointment until 27 March 2028 with salary
