Pinangba Services, Ny-Ku Byun Elders Village in Cherbourg, is seeking a Residential Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations and deliver high-quality, culturally responsive care for Elders.

You will oversee quality, governance and service performance while ensuring financial sustainability, occupancy and hospitality services are well managed. You’ll coach a multidisciplinary team and foster robust relationships with Elders, families and the community.
