AVANI Cypress Lakes Resort and AVANI WELL are seeking a passionate Commis Chef – Breakfast to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will support opening prep, deliver high-quality breakfast service, ensure food safety and hygiene, and work with Front and Back of House.

The role requires Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, HACCP/OHS knowledge, robust teamwork, and weekend flexibility; own transport preferred. Working hours 5:30am-1:30pm.
