Assemble Solutions is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join a Defence capability team modernising land-domain communications. This 12‑month contract sits early in the capability life cycle, before Gate 2, and you’ll define what the future capability needs to be, not just deliver it.

You’ll lead writing capability documentation, plan requirements, manage risks, mentor a junior engineer, and engage with Defence stakeholders. Based in Canberra, Queensland is also considered.
