ExecThread in Melbourne is seeking a non-executive Director with the potential to Chair the Board, to provide governance oversight of strategy, performance, risk and financial sustainability for a statewide youth charity.

The role requires senior governance experience and robust strategic judgment; prior board work and a governance qualification are desirable. You will work closely with the CEO, strengthening relationships with funding partners while maintaining governance boundaries.
