ARC Group is seeking a Banking Branch Trainee in Smithfield QLD to commence a full time traineeship while completing a Certificate III in Financial Services. You will gain hands-on experience across everyday banking tasks, customer enquiries, and branch operations.

You will develop practical skills in customer service, product knowledge, and relationship-building within a supportive team, with Monday to Friday hours and mentoring throughout the traineeship.
