Western District Health Service is seeking a Clinical Support Nurse (Aged Care) to join the Education Centre on a 12-month fixed-term basis at Hamilton, VIC. This role focuses on supporting Graduate Registered Nurses and Graduate Enrolled Nurses as they transition into qualified practice within aged care services.

You will provide coaching, mentorship and clinical support to help build confidence, competence and capability, while contributing to education programs and continuous quality
