West HQ is seeking customer service professionals to join our team based at the Rooty Hill RSL Club. You will meet, greet and sign in Members and Guests, providing information on events and services and directing guests as needed.

This role requires RSA and RCG (or willingness to obtain), with availability to work nights and weekends in addition to day shifts. A warm, welcoming smile and robust communication skills are essential.
