Care Management System is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred care for a participant with multiple needs in Campbelltown, Liverpool, and Parramatta. You will assist with daily living tasks, coordinate appointments, and support meal preparation and household duties.
The role requires a current driver's license and a fully insured vehicle. Training and guidance are provided, and prior disability or health support experience is welcome but not essential.
