Community Housing Ltd is seeking a Responsive Maintenance Officer to keep our NSW properties protected, well-maintained and performing at their best. The role combines hands-on maintenance with coordinating contractors and supporting asset management projects across the organisation.
You’ll oversee maintenance including reactive and vacated work, liaising with internal teams and external consultants to ensure KPIs and asset policies are met.
