About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the store while helping prepare and serve our range of fresh rotisserie chicken meals and related products.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and cooking food to company standards




- Managing daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
- Supervising and supporting team members
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Managing stock levels and inventory control
- Handling cash management and POS transactions
- Assisting with staff training and development

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a supervisory, duty manager, or team leader role
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen, takeaway, quick service restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
- Knowledge of food safety requirements
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
