We're seeking a highly skilled toolmaker with expertise in press metal forming and/or injection moulding toolmaking to lead our toolroom.

Flexible hours - Monday to Friday any time you like between 6am and 5pm.

Working within and leading a team of three toolmakers, this role involves both tool maintenance and building current tools.

The successful applicant will be a positive, energetic person who has:





Expertise as a toolmaker including programming CNC machines (especially machining centres and CNC lathes) essentail

Minimum five years of toolmaking experience required

Experience with progressive press tools preferable but not essential

Experience with sliding core, multi-cavity and hot tip injection moulding tools preferable but not essential

Experience with building or maintaining special-purpose assembly machines (index tables with robotic stations) preferable but not essential

We can offer:

Training provided on SolidWorks (CAD), MasterCAM and CMM programming
