About the Role

Take ownership of resolving a critical backlog of approximately 150 high-priority Long Service Leave (LSL) queries, discrepancies, and related payroll issues.

Investigate historical data and action necessary payroll adjustments, ensuring strict alignment with relevant contemporary awards and complex enterprise agreements.

Partner with internal stakeholders to systematically clear the ticket queue, maintaining high standards of data integrity and mitigating operational risk.

Ensure all adjustments and query resolutions adhere to strict regulatory frameworks to safeguard against escalating compliance risk and regulatory scrutiny.
