HCF is seeking a Provider Services Officer for our Parramatta contact centre. This permanent, part time role supports doctors, hospital teams and members with phone-based service, accuracy and confidentiality.
You will handle high-volume inbound calls (roughly 50-70 daily), resolve complex inquiries within SLAs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while meeting KPIs. Hybrid work is available, with a minimum of two days in the office.
