Commonwealth Bank’s Mandurah branch is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full time role. The roster is fixed at 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
You will work with the Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver excellent service and connect customers with the right specialists. You’ll help customers with transactions, adhere to bank procedures, and contribute to community events, while keeping the team’s safety and wellbeing in focus.
