What You'll Be Doing

Guide customers through vehicle finance and insurance solutions tailored to their individual needs

Structure and finalise finance deals with accuracy, professionalism and compliance

Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience





Liaise with lenders to ensure efficient approvals and settlements

Build your monthly income pool and earnings through effective deal management, organisation and consistent follow-up

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, lenders and the wider dealership team

Individuals from outside the automotive industry with experience in sales, finance, administration or customer-facing roles

Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential. We place just as much value on the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.

Work Structure

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Rotational Saturdays (typically 3 per month): 8:30am – 12:30pm

We take a practical, common-sense approach to working arrangements and individual circumstances
