We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and be part of the next chapter of our story. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact while building a rewarding career in a fast-paced, dynamic business.

What you’ll do:

Deliver an efficient, equitable end-to-end recruitment process across the organisation.

Attract and engage quality talent, build strong candidate relationships, and support onboarding.

Strengthen employer branding, contribute to talent pipelining, and support succession planning.

Manage job advertising, career pages, and liaise with external agencies.

Act as a brand ambassador for Retail Zoo, partnering with internal teams across all brands.

Reviewing resumes, posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and conducting phone screens.





Coordinating interviews and conducting reference checks.

Managing onboarding documentation and general recruitment administration.

Supporting weekly recruitment communications and stakeholder engagement.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in QSR or retail environments is highly regarded.

Prior recruitment experience is a plus, but strong people skills and organisation matter most.

Excellent communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for food, drink, and our brands.
