We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to leads complex analysis and drives organisational improvement initiatives. The role identifies opportunities, informs decision-making, and supports the delivery of transformational change that strengthens organisational performance, efficiency, and financial sustainability.
This is a Full Time, 12 month Fixed Term position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.

About the role
Reporting to the Director Transformation, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:Undertake and lead complex business analysis activities across transformation, organisational redesign and efficiency initiatives, conducting diagnostic reviews, root cause analysis and option assessments to support strategic decision-makingReview and analyse organisational structures, role designs, operating models, service delivery arrangements and business processes and assist in the development of future-state organisational models and implementation plansUndertake organisational benchmarking activities and identify opportunities to streamline process, improve workforce utilisation, reduce duplication, remove wase and enhance organisational effectivenessSupport initiatives that improve organisational performance while maintaining service quality,



ensuring recommendations and transformation initiatives contribute to the delivery of safe, effective and high quality servicesAbout youYou are an experienced business analysis professional with strong financial acumen, advanced analytical skills and a track record of delivering improvement initiatives. You can interpret complex data, develop robust business cases, engage and influence stakeholders, and communicate findings through high-quality reports, presentations and executive briefings that support informed decision-making. To be considered for this position you will also possess:A tertiary qualification or relevant industry certification with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and high level relevant experienceDemonstrated experience in business analysis, organisational improvement, transformation consulting or strategy related rolesExperience using business intelligence reporting and process modelling toolsExperience undertaking organisational design reviews, workforce assessments, span and layer analysis, operating model evaluations and productivity improvement initiativesExperience supporting or leading organisational transformation, service redesign, organisational change or business improvement initiatives that delivery measurable business outcomesPlease see the position description for a full list of position requirements and key selection criteria.
