The opportunity

Kennedy Reid is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Bank Teller to join a leading banking organisation’s branch network. This ongoing casual opportunity offers an average of 38 hours per week , subject to branch requirements. The role covers Wollongong, Shellharbour, Figtree and Nowra , so flexibility to travel between branches is essential.

Your responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist with everyday banking enquiries.
- Process deposits, withdrawals and other transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and follow branch security procedures.
- Help customers use digital and self-service banking options.




- Identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate banking specialists.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and follow banking procedures.

About you

You are approachable, reliable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You may come from banking, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing environment.

- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.
- Cash handling or transaction processing experience.
- The ability to learn systems and follow procedures.
- Flexibility to travel between the listed branch locations.
- Availability for an ongoing casual role averaging 38 hours per week.
