South Metropolitan Health Service is seeking an experienced Safety and Quality Lead to join the Fiona Stanley Hospital team. This permanent role focuses on safety, quality and clinical governance to support high-quality, patient-centred care and compliance across services.

Reporting to the Service and Nurse Directors, you will lead audits, performance reporting and improvement initiatives, work with multidisciplinary teams, and drive culture and change across sites.
