MSI is seeking a Technical Support Engineer – EV Charging for our Australian team to provide technical and application support for EV charging solutions. You will act as the technical link between MSI, overseas FAEs, customers and global R&D; teams, resolving system-level and application-level issues, and developing documentation and training materials.

You will also support sales with technical presentations and gather market feedback to drive product improvements and strategy.
