Edge Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator at our Cairns/Edmonton centre to mentor a team, deliver engaging EYLF-aligned programs, and foster a positive centre culture. You will lead the Pre-Kindy room, collaborating with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to support children’s learning and wellbeing.
The role requires a Diploma or Graduate Diploma/Master of Teaching with relevant long day care experience; solid mentoring and leadership skills are essential.
