Right At Home Central Queensland is seeking an Enrolled Nurse / Client Care Partner to join the Hervey Bay team on a full time basis. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred nursing and support services in clients' homes, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, medication administration, and collaboration with GPs and allied health professionals while adhering to aged care standards and infection control procedures.
