NDIS Discover Nursing Australia seeks a reliable Disability Support Worker to provide 1:1 community access support to a young gentleman in Queensland. The role involves accompanying him to appointments, cafés, parks, and shops while promoting independence and social participation.

As a contractor, you will work under an ABN with nurse-led coordination support, receiving transport reimbursement and skilled indemnity insurance. A Certificate III and valid checks are essential.
